Hi Carol,

Yes you can trim the holey leaves, or you can leave them as they don't look diseased. To trim, use a clean sharp knife and cut about an inch above the base. The rest of the leaf will dry up and then later on you can pull it away.

Don't water for a few days. The new leaves will be lighter, perfectly normal.

Thank you- I had to finish this today because the next two days are suppose to be colder. I have two sections left. Will they be ok in peat for a day or so? Used up the cactus mix on the others.

Lol- yeah they are repotted. Think I won the sans battle. Have one large pot now and one smaller one and even trying to root some leaf tops. Got rid of most of the bedraggled ones and will cut off the remaining few with holes when the new growth gets taller. Pretty sure some kind of bug caused the holes when I put the plant out last summer. I think slugs. Going to see if I can find some DE to put around plants this year or those low stands to raise them on if can find them cheap enough.
