These are on my flowers (dahlias and sunflowers), tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, and they are primarily on the stems. They are light grey, are hoppers and about 1/4 inch long. I asked a master gardener and a gardening store this morning and neither knew. I'm in central Texas.
