Hi! I'm new here. I've had plumerias just about a year now, a friend gave me a couple cuttings last fall. They've grown a lot. Over the winter I kept them inside next to a window with a lamp with a sunlight bulb directed at them. I battled spider mites. They've been outside a couple of months now and storms keep knocking them over. It's time to transplant them to bigger pots. Today I noticed a blemish on one of the leaves. It's a lighter color, transparent in some places, and there is a dark dust on a leaf directly below it. How do I fix it? This plant is actually going to bloom, I don't want to lose it!
