Echinacea seedling

This was my first successful (kinda) start from seeds. Cheyenne Spirit seeds purchased from a vendor. Started on heat mat, in coir pellets, in March. Under lights since germination, total of 8 survived my bungling attempts. Potted into organic potting soil and new pots, within a week of germination. I've starting putting out some, a few hrs a day, weather permitting and just noticed this weird deformation on one. Anyone know what this is? It honestly doesn't look like insect damage, and I'm terrified of introducing any disease to the rest of my Coneflowers.
