Loose rocks, how to wet proof?

How did you wet proof under the loose rocks? Is there a 2nd drain and a copper pan and concrete? What if you are on a 2nd story and don't have the concrete?

    Hi Denise, the rocks are recessed into the floor. They may get slightly wet but will dry over time left exposed to the air.
