      Thanks...I have very similar layout/dimensions and would love to do pendants but am hesitant because range is centered but island is large and not centered...???

      I have walnut countertop on my island and I have always used General Finishes Salad Bowl Finish. It was what the craftsman who made my countertop recommended. It has kept the countertop beautiful for years. I apply it every 3-4 months.
