My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Steel planter

The metal planter looks fantastic. Is it 1/4" steel? Also, how is it finished? Any powder coat, if so please disclose the color. Amazing design work on the entire home!

    It is 1/2" Corten steel, left to rust naturally.

    The overall look is nice! Rock seems a bit off in color and texture... A slight mix of desert vegetation would have been so much more interesting and welcoming in my opinion... but of course, more challenging to design! I do love these agaves... too bad they die after bloom, and are usually eaten by wildlife.

    No, it is a steel tube fence. Each tube is 1”x2” and cantilevered from a concrete footing. Not the cheapest but looks great i think.
