They are some sort of weathered looking concrete paver in a 2 piece cobble. You can typically get concrete pavers in a red color, but that isn't their strong suite as all concrete pavers have added pigments, which will fade to over time. Rich warm colors like red is a strong suite of clay pavers. The colors are natural and will never fade, but they don't have 2 piece cobbles. You can get the weather look though in their traditional 4" x 8" size.
