Being located in the North East, my small backyard gets a lot of usage in the summer/fall/spring and mostly because of my grill and hosting. However, come winter or foul weather, I don't use my grill because grilling in the rain or snow can be a challenge. I have decided that I want to build or buy something that I put over my grill, fridge, and outdoor sink. The area covered in the pic is apx. 7.5 X 7.5

Any thoughts/ideas what would work best that I could these appliances uncovered but protected from the elements but easily accessible when time to grill?
