What section to find a pro?

I have a father in law that is a general contractor so I am looking for someone to design an updated master bathroom and then use him for installing. Which section should i look at? Architects, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, kitchen and bathroom designing? And how do you pick who to call? Most number of reviews?
