Three quarters to one half pound of Nitrogen per 1,000 square feet is not much and probably not enough to be concerned about. Something like a lawn fertilizer with about 6 percent N should be more than enough.

Soil pH while a bit low (Bermuda grasses prefer a higher soil pH, around 6.5 to 8.0) and with a Calcium level at medium and a Magnesium level high it is a bit surprising to see a recommendation to add Dolomite Lime. That 150 is probably pounds per 1,000 square feet.

Organic matter is low at 3 percent. A good level is around 6 to 8 percent and that level may negate the need for doing other things.

Applying fertilizers with N levels that high is not good, no matter what the manufacturers and sellers tell you since most of that N simply flows out of the soil and into the ground water and adds to the Nitrate pollution of out drinking water.

Bermuda grass in my experience could grow on the Moon so it does not seem that critical to get everything perfect.

It does seem like you could use regular lime instead of dolomitic if the Mg is 'high' and Ca is not.

The fert's you added with no P were good because your P is high. But the second batch with 10% K was probably not necessary as your K is very high. I would cut back on both P and K based on that.

I don't think the %N in the fertilizer is that critical, it's the application rate in lb/1000 sf that is the important number. Excess pounds per sq ft is what creates polluted runoff.
