My garage floor is pitched such that rain water drains toward the door instead of away from the door. Now my wood door has rotted as a result. How can I hone down the cement floor to pitch it away from the door? Do I rent a machine to do this? If so, what kind of machine and how is this done? Who would I hire to fix this type of problem?
