I first ate beet greens in Alaska many years ago. They were cooked along with golf ball sized beets and I thought they were delicious. I'll skip the radish leaves tho.

I grow beets just for the leaves. Very good.

I like turnip greens beddah, but lambsquarters the best. I neglect a portion of my garden and the weeds came in. It grew food in the form of lambsquarters. Yum!

I love the beet greens. I am cooking beet, collard, turnip, chard, kale, mustard, and one other kind right now. With a hamburg it's the perfect dinner
