Paint first...flooring last...to avoid damaging the new floors during renovations...as to the trim all the base board will have to be removed to install new flooring ...so replacing it would probably be easiest..

Painting the trim is easier and much less expensive. Only replace trim if it is beat up and/or it is not to your liking. Meaning sometimes you may want a different width, pattern/style etc.

I might consider painting ceilings first and walls after floor is in. You can buy heavy brown paper on rolls now at home depot to protect the floor.
