My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The tile is 12" X 24" named ATLANTIS in the color BEIGE (#AL6304). The tile is from a company called CENTURA but I ordered it through BOIS-FRANC STEVE LAVALLEE INC. 16895 Hymus Blvd., Kirkland H9H 3L4 (Tel.: 514-630-0663). Hope this helps.
