Need Help with Masterbath

Hi Everyone! This is my very first post. I am definitely not one who is good at decorating, so I need all of the help I can get. ;) We are in the process of building / moving into a new townhome. I have never had a nice space to live, so I desperately want it to come out nice. I am leaning towards a palette of whites and grey through the home. I thought this was a sound decision until I started reading some of these posts, lol. Anyways here is what I'm thinking....

Here is floorplan of Masterbath. It is on the smaller side.

We will do a white vanity with carrera marble top, with either chrome or white mirrors and chrome light fixtures above mirrors. Cabinet hardware will be chrome or glass. We have decided a half wall of tile will run from wall with vanity, continue along wall on right to edge of shower. I'm thinking walls will be painted grey? Trying to decide between white subway tile or carrera subway tile for half walls and shower. If I do white subway tile, I was thinking of having back wall of shower an accent wall of carrera subway.

We will have a triangular seat in the corner of shower and probably smaller ones for shampoo and conditioner. Thinking a carrera marble for these. I've been thinking about carrera hexagon, in a slightly larger size, or a carrera basket weave as floor tile. I would probably use whatever we use for floor also for floor of shower. I want the room to feel beautiful and timeless, not cold and sterile. Anyone have ideas? Open to all advice.
