My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love the way you opened up the ceilings in this house. Are they the original beams? How did you finish them in both the kitchen and living room?

    Thank you so much for your compliment! We love it too! Yes, they are the original, we opened up the ceiling and found them! We cleaned them up and stained them with a Benjamin Moore product, I can't remember the color for certain! Thanks again, Dawn
