Agree with the above - that is a phenolic gland and it is entirely normal for this plant.

I have the plant since October last year, i didn't bring any new plants in but i have put it on my balcony 2 weeks ago since it was sunny day.

It could be mealy bugs. But even when I save your photo and zoom in, it's still too blurry to tell.

you can look up a photo of mealy bugs and compare to what's on your tree.

Do they move if you poke them? Does it wipe off? Is it powdery? Etc.

if it's something that moves when touched, first bring the plant outside and hose it off (if it's over 55°F).

Next, mix 1 part water with 1 part 70% isopropyl alcohol and thoroughly drench the tree using a spray bottle. Make sure you spray all stems, undersides of leaves, etc. Do that every 3-4 days until they're gone.

Isolate this tree from any others plants asap and do a thorough inspection of any plants that were in the same room.

Just for info, i brought a gardener who after seeing the plant told me that it is mold and it is due to to much of humidity and that i should not water it as much as i did.
