Replacing all kitchen appliances

Hello - my husband and I need to find replacements for most of our kitchen appliances - fridge, stovetop, over-the-range microwave, and electric double wall oven. All but the fridge were approx. 12 years old (came with house). Fridge was around 3 years old.

Oven we're replacing was a Jenn-Air 27" with upper convection. Only problem we had with it was sometime steam would vent out beneath the control panel and shut the oven off for a period of time. Definitely annoying but we were able to work around it. That said, don't think we'll be replacing with a Jenn-Air as they don't seem to get the best ratings. We originally were going to go with the GE Profile but we're second guessing that now. I think we can do either 27" or 30". We've more recently considered Electrolux, Bosch, and GE Monogram. Only problem is we are only wired for 30 amps and most of these ovens require 40. We are looking into upgrading the wiring ( anyone know what kind of cost we'd be looking at?) . There is a Monogram that looks like it'd work though. So, any thoughts/recommendations? Ovens to avoid? We really don't want to be dealing with maintenance/service issues. Oh, and budget is around $4000 or less and we prefer stainless steel.

Any recs on a 30" gas cooktop? 4 or 5 burner stainless. We're replacing a kitchenaid which we had no problems with. Budget is $1000-$1200.

Over-the-range mircrowave is also 30". Looking for stainless without convection. We're replacing a Jenn-Air that we've had no problems with.

Last is the fridge. We're replacing a Kenmore standard depth 27 cu ft French door with water and ice dispenser. We've had lots of issues with it, probably repaired three times in the three years we had it. Definitely want something more reliable. Looking to replace with another stainless French door but probably counter depth with no dispenser this time as that seems to be a common source of problems. I see no need for the door in door feature or the extra snack drawer but would consider if highly recommended. Budget is around $2300 I think.

I really appreciate any feedback and advice anyone has.

Thank you!
