Where do you live? Are you growing indoors or outdoors?? You need to give us important information. It is impossible to help without knowing where this plant grows and how you are growing it.

Phals like warmth and bright light. Make sure your plant drains well and does not sit in water. Hopefully, you repotted in an orchid mix. Fertilize throughout the summer while it is in active growth.

I am in Buffalo, NY and my mini phal is indoors on a humidity tray between a north and east facing window. I have another Phal that is doing incredibly well with a lot of new root growth living next to the mini Phal. I use repotme.com Monterey dark imperial mix (orchiata bark, New Zealand AAA sphagnum moss, hyrdoton and some substrates to add air to the mix). I fertilize and use a probiotic in the summer. I am using an Orchitop Carousel pot which allows for a lot of air and optimal drainage. I placed an ultrasonic humidifier behind it for added moisture as the new pot allows the plant to dry out very quickly. I also placed sphagnum moss on top of the pot to try to let the orchid get extra moisture by the crown to promote new root growth. I have attached a picture below. Your Phals look happy. It is summer and putting them outside to get fresh air and temp changes is good and Phals respond well. The leaves look a bit dark which would signal low light. You might increase the light level a bit. The new leaf is smaller than the previous leaves (unless it is still growing).

I grow my Phals in very bright light. They do well and flower well.

You are doing a good job. I bet you will get humidity as summer progresses and they would all appreciate some time outdoors.
