Indoor Grow Light

Hello. I am interested in supplementing my window light for a few succulents that I am planting indoors. I have an old, very strong lightbox that filters out UV but if I use that, I worry that the succulents will change to green, since they will not be stressed with UV rays. My window probably filters out UV already so I wonder what to use to make them stay blue/pink, without spending a lot of money.
