Any Experiments?

Hi guys StupidHotPeppers here, was wondering if anyone has been working on their own controlled experiments? If nobody has yet, maybe a few of us could work on something together. I have a few going this year.

E#1 - I dug up a 4x10 foot area and layed down storm door screen about 1 foot deep and my test is to see if this will improve stability and possibly the strength of roots by putting them through a bit of an obstacle. I put a row next to it without and Ill be planting same plants in both spots to compare at the end of the year.

E#2 - In my main garden this year I am trying 4 different soil scenarios. 1st row consists of just planting with Peat Moss mixed in and used as mulch around the base. 2nd row consists of just Composted Mulch same way I did with Peat Moss. 3rd row consists of nothing but the existing dirt this beautiful earth provided me. 4th 5th 6th 7th and 8th row I will be doing a combination of both Peat Moss and Composed Mulch incorporated into and around the base of my plants. Let me know if anyone would like to join in on this so we can get a better accurate result and comparison at the end of the season. Also dont forget to share what you have going on for experiments. I have 5 rows I have not planted yet so I still have room to experiment.
