The plans where the tub is in the way of the door to the deck are not viable in my opinion. It is really had to see the measurements. Thus, I can't comment on the closet space in the master bedroom. Are the exterior windows static? I would opt for a clerestory window over the master bathroom vanity. In some of the plans, the window is not the width of the vanity. I would make sure that they match.

I do not know if you have considered using pocket doors or barn doors. I would use pocket doors where possible. For example, a pocket door to the master bedroom in to the master bathroom. Also, a pocket door to the water closet in the master bathroom.

Also forgot to mention, my wife and I really like your idea of clerestory windows above vanity. Sorry casement windows shown to look like doors, but are windows. There is no deck access or outside access from master bedroom or bathroom.

I've only taken a quick look but 2 of the 3 plans appear have an outside door that opens into the bathtub. Plan 2 also appears to have an outside door behind the toilet.
