My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I’ve own these in a gorgeous hue of red. Purchased a set of two for my front room five years ago. The moment I saw them I knew I had to have them. As to the watts; The lamp indicates that the recommended maximum wattage be 60 Watts. Hope this helps!
