I have General Sikorski and Hagley Hybrid sharing an arbor. A wild clematis came up under GS a couple of years ago. The blooms share characteristics of both - shape, size, anthers, rippled texture in the petals. Also the color is about halfway between the two, not pinkish like HH, but lighter hued than GS and then paler at the edges. Any idea if there is a name for this cross that may have already been hybridized. There are three other clematis in the garden: Jackmanii, Elsa Spath, and Warsaw Nike, but I don't think the sport is any of the three because of color and location.
