The description says grey cloud fabric - what is it made of? Can't get your return policy.

we like the bar stool rounder short back, but need counter height. see it with the straight back only. Will probably buy them if you have this style in counter height.

Did you ever get an answer regarding the height of the seat, or if they have counter height stools? I need to know the seat height.
