My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks Lindleys 35 for your inquiry. The stain color of the ceiling and cabinetry are both Sherwin Williams Walnut Wainscot SW 3120. Both wood species are clear Alder. The wall color is Sherwin Williams Bitter Sweet Stem SW 7636. Please let us know any other questions, we love to educate.

    Thanks. is all of the trim in the home painted the same as the walls. I'm torn between staining and painting my own doors and trim.

    The door casing and base boards in the house are a 5 1/4" painted pine material. Select areas in the house have stained grade knotty alder wood doors. Let us know if you have any other questions!
