Does this outdoor wall light fixture have a cover at top and bottom ?

Can flying insects - bugs (dead or alive) get inside this fixture ?

My lamps came without button, and I ordered 3. I' m waiting on a reply from company. I also ask about bulbs because it says it is only for 1 bulb but my lights have for 2 bulbs. I'm very confused. Please, answer.
