My first rose to bloom this year, but then it's the only one that's not new to me this year too! I have another one on order along with 2 Alakazams from For Love of Roses, but the Alakazams are now looking at September. I hope to get them this year! My sister has always given me fits for putting red and yellow together growing up, now I have my revenge with beautiful roses. :-)

I looked it up to see how large the blooms are, and HMF say 1 1/2 inches. Yours looks way bigger than that!

I like both color variants you show, but I probably love the 2nd picture better.

Thanks Carol! I love this rose. Both pics were taken with my iPhone, but different times of the day and the darker one when it was cloudy. The color of the darker one is more true in general, and the blooms are usually around 2".

I always thought they were about 4". Guess I was wrong! :)
