Exterior color scheme on new construction help

We are finally getting the opportunity to build a home and it is even more overwhelming than I imagined! It can be so hard to envision the finished products. Currently we are wavering between two siding options and all we have to go on is a tiny sample square picture which makes it even harder. The front is mostly brick which will be Bessemer grey and the door and shutters will be musket brown. The question is: vintage wicker siding, antique parchment trim, and tan garage door OR coastal sage siding with glacier white trim and garage door? Only a small portion of the front exterior is siding, but obviously the rest of the house will be that color and still want the best look to the front with the brick and door/shutters.

I like Coastal Sage but not with the brown shutters and I would never want a white garage door. I'd have to go with the Vintage Wicker. What color are your roofing shingles?

We initially eliminated the sage and chose the wicker because of the trim colors but then started thinking it might all just end up looking kind of blah because the brick is brown/gray. I also saw a home in a deeper sage like color with white trim in the meantime and thought it was really stunning so began re-thinking the whole thing. The shingles are driftwood. I definitely agree with the dirt factor of white trim yet at the same time think sometimes it looks nice. The shutters are very dark, almost hard to tell its brown until close up, at least as far as I can tell from what I have looked at.

We are looking to build same oak wood model house with cal Atlantic and I'm curious what you decided? Is it finished yet?

We ended up going with the coastal sage and white trim. I'm excited to see the finished product and think it's going to be really pretty.... I hope! What colors did you decide for your Oakwood (and what city are you building in?)? Ours is just at the foundation stage so no pics to share yet!

We are looking into SuttonSprings in Garner NC. They haven't released lots we want yet. We also are leaning towards the coastal sage with same elevation :) I would love to see finished product. It's so hard to guess from small little samples. We they get further along I would love to see pics!

Looks like we may be neighbors... that's where we're building :) What a small world! It is definitely hard trying to decide from such tiny little samples, I drove myself crazy. I will post pics as it gets further along for sure!

Oh wow! Small world indeed! I'm assuming you are in phase 2? I would love to see pics....if you would prefer here is my email: merebunn@gmail.com. I keep telling my husband Cal-Atlantic should have technology where you can pick color options and See a virtual representation of it....many other places online can do that and it would make decision process so much easier.
