I always amazed how gorgeous your cut roses are. They look so fresh and vibrant. As soon as I cut mine, they look wimpy eventhough I put them in water.

Thanks, everyone. The 3 med. pink are Marijke Koopman. Fresh and vibrant was being challenged by thrips today after I cut them. Within 2 hours I noticed the browning on some roses and hesitantly sprayed for thrips. I have bought the blue thrip cups, but haven't used them yet.

How beautiful. I can only dream, but maybe someday. :)

As this bouquet ages who lasts the longest?

Probably Black Magic, Poseidon, and Grande Amore are the longest lasting. Marijke Koopman is average lasting and Scentimental blows first. I made 2 bouquets and gave some to a friend. Today I put the blue thrip cups, 50, in my garden.

Everything looks pretty darn good to me. The thrips cups should help a lot.
