It can, but it is not as prevalant as the carnosas. Usually, it just reverts one leaf or the variegation is not as prominent on a leaf or two.

Ohh, I like the pot of gold variation a lot, I currently have the regular variegated variety and it's growing fairly fast. Pictures when they arrive? Lol I have to live vicariously through others because my indoor collection is starting to border on unmanageable, so no new (indoor) plants for awhile.

Pot of Gold is one of my favorite, has wonderful leaves. The variegation on mine is stable. It's a fast grower and gets quickly very large.
