Here's the dilemma - We'll be using the basement for storage and I want it to be cleanable. It is empty right now so I want to prep it as quickly as I can for storage.

Old 100+ year house with a concrete pad, rubble and block foundation and none of it is "waterproofed" and all of it needs to be painted. I'm in Canada so we see winter and thermal shock will be a thing.

Epoxy, waterproofing, paint etc? - Also any good tips of how to do it?
