My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Tracking chair purchase

We purchased this set this morning but don't seem to have any email confirmation. How can we reach someone at Houzz about this order?

    Hi! That is great as these are such nice chairs! Houzz typically holds the order for 4 days until they give it to the seller, so I haven't received the order yet. I am not allowed to give my phone number here. I also don't have a phone number for Houzz - I always have to ask a question by going to this weblink:
