I find that some people like Klismos chairs and some people just don't. I think larger people have a hard time fitting in them because they do cradle your back and set a specific space for the person to fit in. I'm personally a huge fan of klismos chairs, so I use them all the time.
My advice would be to test them out in person before you commit to them. Maybe order one and see how it feels for the client before you commit to a bunch of them.
