Hi guys, we did a new garden this year, purchase planters mix in bulk to fill the area, which were told was top soil, compost and sand. Purchased plants locally and used Steve Solomon COS fertilizer to mix with the dirt on the bottom of the holes before putting each plants in.. Well, my tomatoe leaves are turning yellow and now the peppers too :( I planted them about a week ago and definitely noticed these changes that starting with one tomatoe plant to the next and now has started with the peppers :(

any ideas what I can do? We live in central Indiana with zone 5
