My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Confusing pricing

So the purchase price of $99 is for approx 72 sq ft?

This tile is sold by carton and the price per carton is $99.58. There are 11.62 square feet of tile in each carton. The price per square foot breaks down to be $8.57 per square foot. We apologize if the price appears confusing. Even though this tile is only sold by the carton, we like to include the price per square foot as this is a the standard way of budgeting and pricing tile.
