Just has floors done and there is a gap on the bottom so we have to put shoe mounding. Anyway the fireplace is currently a black lacquer but I am thinking I should turn it white. I have a open space design so the kitchen is connected with cherry cabinets on the other side of the room. The new paint is a warm gray and the floors are a greige. I have to decide asap :) any help/thoughts are appreciated I put white paper up to help with the vision. It is a simple almost modern looking fireplace I also included a pic of a similar white fireplace that I found online but obviously the colors are reversed
