Blackberry Suckers

Hi. Last year I planted an Arapaho and a Navajo blackberry plant (one each). This year they are doing awesomely (I live in Lancaster, PA). The Navajo, I noticed, has new root suckers. I was wondering: should I dig up the suckers and re-plant, or just let them continue to grow? They are about 18" to 24" from the parent canes in the direction that I would want to propagate them, and if I dig up the suckers I would only move them about a foot and a half in the same direction. (My Arapaho has a loooong floracane growing in the right direction for tip layering this fall, so that's good, too.)
