My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It isn't wallpaper. The homeowner painted the wall is a dark shade of Analytical Gray (Sherwin Williams) and stenciled the filigree medallions with metallic paint. The stencil came from Michael's - the craft store. Thanks for your question!

    Sarah-do you have any tricks for stenciling with metallic paint? I have tried roller and stencil brush, but continue to get seepage under the stencil, and not clean edges. Thanks. Lisa
