Todd, this plant is relatively new to me. I got it last summer and it pushed out leaves and one bloom, but it was received bare root.

I has proven to be very easy to bloom and leaves come after so far. As for vigorous, I am not concerned about this. I prefer that they grow strong healthy leaves and not alot of soft growth. Definitely not Dwarf.
