There is a shop here in Perth called Brass Decor. There is very little that david does not have in this line of things. Google them, they have a website and I have always found him really helpful.

If you can't find the pulls there, in an earlier comment, Focal Point Hardware has a solution "These look like Emtek pulls. http://focalpointhardware.com/emtek-86123-cup-pull-3-ctoc-p-22336.html"
