Neither the Peruvian Daffodils nor the Caladiums are going to be hardy for you. They are not fall planted bulbs because your winter would kill them. So it is probably best to put them in containers asap and cross your fingers. I suggest you research the two separately to get more precise advice. The tulips could go in the fridge or a very cool dry store until the Autumn, if they are in good condition.

Okay thanks so much! I have grown lots of lilies and tulips but those peruvian daffodils and caladiums are totally new to me!

Is it possible to dig up the caladiun and peruvian daffodil bulbs and overwinter them in the basement like with dahlia tubers so they may be replanted next spring?

I just did a little quick research on Dave's Garden and a couple of people say they dig their's up in the fall and replant the next spring. One person said she starts hers under a grow light since her summer is so short. Food for thought.
