Actual Thickness & Ordering Questions

Good afternoon,

I'm interested in your Thassos Marble Baseboard Trim Molding (polished).

Please confirm the actual thickness of this product in millimeters.

Long story short, I've purchased this from a few sellers and it hasn't been the right thickness (unlike what was advertised). You're my last resort before selecting another product from a nearby store.

Also, does the price include taxes or Shipping & Handling and is there a discount if I order over a certain amount?

    Yeah its 3/8 . Its made out of 12x12 tile and all 12x12 tiles are 3/8 thick

      The thickness is 3/4" . What thickness do you need? We can make it thicker by 3/8"

      I actually need it thinner. Is this possible?

      I specifically need 10mm (or 3/8", aka.0.375") thickness. Your product was listed as 0.38 and would've been perfect at that measurement.

      Unfortunately, it seems everyone's is really 3/4" or more in thickness. Any suggestions?

      I have attached some sample pictures for you .. This is made of 12x12 tile of 0.38 thickness.. And as you can see in the pictures taking from the side its laminated in the back in order to make it thicker. If you like the design of it we can make baseboards out of thassos white tiles without laminations.. So that way you will have the exact thickness

      I definitely like it and want it in Thassos but (just in case I read something wrong or was confusing) I don't want it thicker than 3/8" (0.38"). If I can have it in that thickness (0.38"), please let me know how I place the order and pay for it. Thanks again for all of your time and assistance.

      I'm sure you know but I'm paranoid so the 0.38 is meant to represent the 3/8 of am inch thickness. Thanks again.

      Just to be sure since I may not have been specific enough ... every time I've ordered this product from others, it's been 3/4 of an inch thickness at the bottom and 3/8 of an inch thickness at the top. I need the bottom to be 3/8 of an inch in thickness. Thanks again for your time and assistance.

      one more question... it was 20.99 but now says 23.99. do you know what happened? is this a mistake or did the price increase due to the change in thickness despite that the description always listed 0.38" thickness?

      Yeah regular once at that price. But when we have them cut and fabricated here its more expensive.. Labor is more expensive. This is the best price i could do. Plus free shipping

      Ok, thanks for confirming everything. I just went to purchase 45 pieces and it won't let me do more than 10. If I do 10 at a time 4 times and then another 5, my card will be flagged for fraud and the company will shut it down. Can you please either edit the site to allow the amount I need to purchase (45) or setup an order on Houzz for me or send me a quote that I can confirm via PayPal? Thanks and I'm looking forward to your response.

      I meant thanks for letting us know that you can't purchase more than 10 pieces at a time. We have more than 2000 pieces in stock and you are supposed to buy as many pieces as you want. ( i will relay the issue to houzz). Thanks again. Sorry for typos

      Hi. I'm very concerned again because my contractor is saying he won't wait much longer. I have until 7/01 to get my tile in or find another contractor to finish the job because he said he has big projects lined up starting right after Independence Day. Please tell me what's going on.       I let you know I can't order 10 at a time or the orders will be cancelled due to suspected fraudulent activity. I've been through this mess before and it doesn't matter if I call to warn them first. They've done it to me twice. I asked if you can set the order up for me and send me the link so I can pay for the 45 tiles. If you can't, please just let me know now so we don't continue going back and forth.
