Carport question

I am interested in a 12 x 21 single car carport from Leonard's Shed. I am located in VA I was told the company is located in NC. I like the price 695.00 includes delivery and set up, deposit 70.00, I have to get the permit and I don't pay balance unless I am satisfied with the carport. Has anyone experience a carport from Leonard's? I cannot find any reviews. Not sure if that is good or bad , thanks!

For that price, I don't imagine it would be either attractive or durable.

randy, Leonard's is a large multi state company on the east coast. They have been around for a long time. Pre fab in TN, dealers in 4-6 states.

the car port is probably a metal awning.

bell, ask Leonard's for some local previous customer references. I like the price too.

thanks! I have decided to find a general contractor that will build a cedar carport with metal roof or a small one car garage.
