Yes.

I grow a lot of mints myself and can tell you neither shot shows mint plants .... Whether or not it's something in the mint family, isn't clear from the shots -- would need a clear view of the stems to know for sure. From the little that IS visible of the stem, I'd venture that it's not even in the mint family, but, again, would need a clear view. The fuzzy white/greyish stem is also indicative of something other than mint.

Is the stem round or square? That bud doesn't look like mint at all to me.

Agreed that it is not mint. The top bud looks to be a flower in process. If the ID is not forthcoming, wait a day or three for the flowers and repost a new picture. ID for sure then.

Yes, white hairs on stem that are furry/fuzzy, but it's not square. Developing a plume/bloom. Here's the updated photo.
