My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Roveda, thanks for the question! This is actually a Luxury Vinyl Plank, or "Luxe Plank", floor from Armstrong. This particular style is "Groveland" and the color is "Natural". These planks come in 6" x 48" pieces, not a sheet, which are available with FastTak self-adhesive installation (4mm thickness), or Rigid Core which would be installed with a locking system (8mm). This floor has a 30-Year Limited Residential Warranty and a 10-Year Limited Commercial Warranty. Please let us know if you have any further questions and thanks again for your inquiry.
