My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks Oak and Broad - the floor is a mix of both red and white oak. http://jewettfarms.com/flooring/reclaimed/antique-oak/
    The Island top is a Carrera Marble.
    The cabinet color is Ben Moore Mascarpone.

      What material is used on the island countertop? (I see soapstone is used on the perimeter but can you tell me what was used for the ISLAND?)

      Robind that mix of colors can be because the oak was reclaimed from a source that originally had both Red and White. It can also just be part of the original patina on the beams they planks were cut from.

      Do you know if the trim was also Mascarpone? Or is it another White? If so, do you know what the trim color is?
