What material is used on the island countertop? (I see soapstone is used on the perimeter but can you tell me what was used for the ISLAND?)

Robind that mix of colors can be because the oak was reclaimed from a source that originally had both Red and White. It can also just be part of the original patina on the beams they planks were cut from.

I am building a house and would LOVE the formula to your stain for the island. Please Provide it, so I can tell my builder. I will send my email address if you need it. Thank you!!

Do you know if the trim was also Mascarpone? Or is it another White? If so, do you know what the trim color is?
