What is this darling?

10 years ago

My lovely 85 yr old neighbor received the rose bush below from her grand-daughter a few years ago. It has not grown beyond this small size and she is concerned that it is not getting the right treatment. I suggested to her that it might be a miniature rose but I have I do not know. I'm calling the rose experts for help on identifying the rose and the proper care of it. It has a pleasing old fragrance and such a pretty color.
