They just don't look right to me please comment

I just bought these plants a little over a month ago. I was excited as they were my first sagos. I have been researching and my husband and I both agree that they don't look healthy anymore. The curling of the leaves are quite dramatic and tips are turning brown. I would love to hear what everyone else has to say. What can I do to correct this? thanks!

yellow coloration looks like light stress (too much sunlight when not fully acclimated)... twisting is due to some mild stress during unfurling of the leaves (such as light orientation change, lack of enough light, wind, bug damage, etc.

is there some process to acclimate them or should i move them to full shade for now? not sure how to get them healthy

The existing foliage won't change. What is discolored or warped will stay the way it is. Any future growth will be acclimated to the conditions you grow it in.

What JD said above. The pale yellow is from leaves suddenly exposed to the sun (which they do love btw..., outside of maybe the desert SW). Neither the twisting/deformed growth will revert back, but new growth should be normal now.

If the new flush of leaves are curly while the old leaves are OK that is usually a sign of manganese deficiency. Have you applied any fertilizer?
